Initiation Fees & Dues General Full-Privilege: Includes all Privileges of the Club; use of golf, tennis, swimming, exercise room, and clubhouse facilities. Initiation Fee: $2,500.00 Monthly Dues: $210.00
Junior Full-Privilege: Includes all Privileges of the Club; use of golf, tennis, swimming, exercise room, and clubhouse facilities. Initiation Fee: $1,000.00 Monthly Dues: $160.00
Senior Full-Privilege: Entitles members who are 65 and older to all privileges of the golf course (only valid on weekdays), tennis, swim, fitness and clubhouse facilities. Initiation Fee: $1,000.00 Monthly Dues: $110.00
Non-Resident Full-Privilege: Includes all Privileges of the Club; use of golf, tennis, swimming, exercise room, and clubhouse facilities. To qualify, the member must live outside of Dougherty or Lee County. Initiation Fee: $1,000.00 Monthly Dues: $135.00
Tennis: Includes Privileges to use of tennis, swimming, exercise room, and clubhouse facilities Initiation Fee: $500.00 Monthly Dues: $100.00

Food Minimum: All membership levels have a $90.00 per quarter food minimum with the exception of non-resident members.
